That's why I offer a range of training and testing packages based on your staff's experience level and flexible study options. I'm available to travel to your business, favorite coffee shop or anywhere with an internet connection and save your staff the hassle and expense of all day seminars, missed work and their precious time off.

Self Study Recertification: Generally for those who have taken the exam before and just need to re-up their certification. Examinees are given online access to my refresher packet and a quick recap of what's new before the exam. Total exam time about 1 hour. Study on your own schedule. $85

Self Study with a Loaner Book + Recertification: Generally for those with 1-5 years of Back of House experience. I'll supply a Loaner copy of the ServSafe Manager 7th edition for examinees to study at their own pace and on their own time. Prior to the exam we will recap the key points and review some of the items that tend to trip up new examinees. (Loaner books must be returned unharmed at time of exam). Total exam time about 1 hour. Study on your own schedule. $110

Guided Study + Recertification: Generally for larger groups with varying or no Back of House experience. Examinees receive their own copy of the ServSafe Manager 7th edition to study at their own pace. We will schedule a day-long course to review and understand all aspects of safe food handling and management and then take the exam. Total course time about 6 hours. Study on your own schedule. $150
